Valuary identifies antiques, vintage and collectible items from photos and provides estimated market value ranges based on the item's identified attributes and, for subscribers, similar listings found online (asking prices and auction results, not a valuation). Identifications and value estimates are automated and provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy. They are reference information only and are not an appraisal, authentication, or investment advice. Photo-based analysis cannot replace an in-hand examination by a qualified appraiser. Always confirm important items with a professional before buying, selling or insuring them.
Valuary Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You agree to use Valuary only to photograph items you are entitled to photograph, and not to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valuary and its operators are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on identifications, comparable listings or value estimates provided by the app.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
